But Rita will have a hard time with him as her assistant. I mean… An assistant, this person? Doesn’t seem to fit while Lucy is quiet and always listening carefully. Mani was the wrong choice. He wasn´t authentic because he tried to be extremely cool and funny but it seemed to be just acting. Mani is not interested in fashion so he doesn´t fit in this job. Rita said that Lucy should be more confident. But to be more confident she needs a sense of achievement, in other words: she needs this job.

He wasn´t prepared good enough to answer the questions Rita asked and he  didn´t know anything about the company. Also the answers he gave were sometimes a littlebit strange and for me he made too many jokes because this was a very serious conversation. I think he is not the right person to be an assistant and I was very sure Lucy will win. I think the man should win, he has just a sympathetic character and is a very pure and honest person. He is excited about everything and I’m sure he is willing to learn a lot. Even if he didn´t listened well, talked quickly, etc. he would be better for the job because I´m sure he would bring live in the whole institution and working would be a lot more effective with him. (Also the Tips from 2) are maybe useful but aren´t criteria for getting the job.

.] would choose Lucy, even though she seems rather shy, she put more effort into the interview. She did a background check etc.. I can understand why she chose Manni though, he has experience but still, his attitude seemed rather unprofessional, and he did not come prepared.  That is a big no for me.

She was much more prepared and respectful. Moreover, Lucy showed at the end how good she can be. A little more confidence and everything would have been fine. Mani instead was arrogant, didn't listen, showed no interest, and so on.
