Macrosystems consist of government systems, big cooperation's, people/teams/groups that have a large following. Majority of the world is revolved by some Macrosystems decisions and some decisions can effect you in a positive or a negative way depending on there decisions.  I used this source because it helped me with making examples of what a macrosystem is and what it consist of.

All of us are in our own little Microsystems and you can even be in more then one Microsystem at a time between family and friends (for example). This was a reliable source because i was able to gather a lot of information and was able to define microsystems well.

Without Macrosystems, some microsystems then become homeless or out of a job. And without Microsystems, all Macrosystems lose there employees or shareholders. The two wouldn't be able to operate without the two groups relying on each other and blending in every single second of the day. This source was helpful because i was able to compare and contrast the both systems and breakdown differences and similarities.

You can be the head of a Macrosystem and still be a part of many Microsystems including like your family or friend group. The difference is that the two are extremely different from each other when it comes to what is at risk when there is a huge disagreement in a Macrosystem (for example) compared to a disagreement in a Microsystem. People don't realize when a Microsystem is broken apart but when a Macrosystem is broken apart it becomes National News. This source really helped me understand how small groups of people dump into bigger groups every single day of there lives without even noticing it.
