As a result of participating in the Erasmus+ mobility activity “Make Technology Your Friend” in Versailles, France, we enhanced our digital and pedagogical competences through the exploration and practical use of innovative educational technologies and AI tools. We developed skills in creating digital learning materials, designing interactive activities, and integrating technology effectively into classroom practice. The mobility also strengthened our collaboration, communication, and intercultural skills through the exchange of experiences with educators from different countries. Overall, the experience enriched our professional development and provided valuable knowledge and practical tools to support more engaging, inclusive, and student-centred learning.

In the context of our Erasmus+ dissemination activities, a presentation was held for the school faculty to share the outcomes of our mobility to Versailles for the "Make Technology Your Friend" project. During the session, we shared best practices on integrating innovative educational technologies and AI tools into classroom practice. We presented concrete examples of creating digital learning materials and designing interactive activities that promote inclusive, student-centered learning. The goal of this dissemination was to leverage our experience to foster the digital transformation of our school and enhance the pedagogical and digital competences of the entire teaching staff.

Erasmus+ KA122 – Ένα ταξίδι γνώσης, συνεργασίας και εξέλιξης.

Το Δημοτικό Σχολείο Πενταπλατάνου ολοκλήρωσε με επιτυχία το ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα Erasmus+, το οποίο αποτέλεσε μια μοναδική ευκαιρία επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης και εξωστρέφειας για το σχολείο μας.

Βασικός στόχος του προγράμματος ήταν η ενίσχυση των ψηφιακών δεξιοτήτων των εκπαιδευτικών και η αξιοποίηση σύγχρονων τεχνολογικών εργαλείων στη μαθησιακή διαδικασία, με σκοπό τη δημιουργία ενός πιο σύγχρονου, ελκυστικού και συμπεριληπτικού σχολείου. Παράλληλα, μέσα από την επιτόπια παρακολούθηση (job shadowing) σε ευρωπαϊκά σχολεία, οι συμμετέχοντες εκπαιδευτικοί γνώρισαν καινοτόμες διδακτικές πρακτικές, αντάλλαξαν εμπειρίες με συναδέλφους από άλλες χώρες και ήρθαν σε επαφή με επιτυχημένα εκπαιδευτικά συστήματα.

Η συμμετοχή μας στο πρόγραμμα συνέβαλε στην απόκτηση νέων γνώσεων και δεξιοτήτων, στην ενίσχυση της ευρωπαϊκής διάστασης του σχολείου και στην υιοθέτηση πρακτικών που προάγουν τη συμπερίληψη, τη συνεργασία και την ενεργό συμμετοχή όλων των μαθητών. Οι εμπειρίες και τα εφόδια που αποκτήθηκαν αποτελούν πολύτιμη παρακαταθήκη για τη συνεχή βελτίωση της εκπαιδευτικής διαδικασίας και την παροχή ίσων ευκαιριών μάθησης σε κάθε παιδί.

Through inspiring mobilities in Finland, France and Italy, our teachers explored innovative educational practices, digital transformation, inclusive education and student-centred learning. These experiences strengthened our professional skills, broadened our European perspective and brought new ideas back to our school community.

This video is a celebration of learning beyond borders, cultural exchange, collaboration and lifelong growth. It reflects our belief that even a small rural school can build strong European connections and create meaningful opportunities for its students.

Τα ευρήματα αυτά αποτέλεσαν την αφετηρία για τον σχεδιασμό του έργου και συνδέθηκαν άμεσα με τους βασικούς στόχους του προγράμματος. Η συμμετοχή στις δραστηριότητες «Make Technology Your Friend» και «Live Shadowing Experience» επιλέχθηκε ως η καταλληλότερη απάντηση στις ανάγκες που καταγράφηκαν, προσφέροντας στους εκπαιδευτικούς τη δυνατότητα να αναπτύξουν ψηφιακές δεξιότητες, να παρακολουθήσουν σύγχρονα ευρωπαϊκά εκπαιδευτικά συστήματα και να μεταφέρουν στο σχολείο νέες ιδέες και καλές πρακτικές. Με τον τρόπο αυτό, το Erasmus+ λειτούργησε ως γέφυρα ανάμεσα στις πραγματικές ανάγκες του σχολείου και στο όραμά του για μια πιο σύγχρονη, ποιοτική και συμπεριληπτική εκπαίδευση.
