We don't sing all the stanzas, our anthem originally had 6 stanzas and one chorus but in 1977 was decided that because it was too long they decided from that day forward to just sing the 2 stanza with the chorus.

Encebollado: excellent option when you have hangover 
Its a soup made with fresh tuna, yuca or cassava root, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, spices and is served with curtido or pickled onions and tomatoes on top or mixed in with the soup. Its known mostly in the coast

Fritada: a typical dish of la sierra (Highlands)
Its pork meat with mote and spices.
Fritada is one of these dishes that you will find in snack stalls and restaurants on the weekends.

You can choose from a variety of foods from the USA's North, South, East, and Western regions. But I discovered America's top 50 foods in the linked source. I'll only include the top 5, but the first of America's top 50 dishes is Thanksgiving food.  Which consists solely of turkey (deep-fried, smoked, or baked), dressing (loaf bread, cornbread, onion and celery, sausage, fruit, chestnuts, oysters, or however your mother or grandmother made it), cranberry sauce, mashed and sweet potatoes, the odd green bean casserole with the French-fried onion rings on top, and pumpkin pie. Cheeseburgers rank second among the top 50 dishes in America. These sandwiches are normally constructed with two fresh buns, as many beef or turkey patties as you like, cheese, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, mayo, and/or mustard. Almost anyplace you go, you can find a hamburger at any restaurant or fast food joint, including on South Avenue. Hotdogs rank third among the top 50 dishes in America. Burgers and hotdogs go together, in my opinion, like ketchup and mustard. Hotdogs traditionally consist of bread, the hotdog, ketchup, and mustard, but you may add onions, chili, and some people even like to add coleslaw to their hotdogs if you want to spice them up. A Philly Cheesesteak ranks as the fourth-best dish in America among the top 50. Due to their greasiness, which may or may not damage your clothes, Philly Cheesesteaks are known as "the Philadelphia Lean" in South Philadelphia. The Philly cheese steak sandwich is only made of "frizzled beef," cut while being cooked in grease, and it receives the remaining fatty flavor from onions and cheese (either American, provolone, or Cheese Whiz), which is then placed on top of a long, locally made Amoroso bread. Last but not least, nachos are ranked as the fifth best food in America (out of 50). Similar to how you can obtain cheeseburgers and hotdogs practically anywhere, nachos are often constructed with beef, cheese, and any other condiment of your liking.
