Today 23/02/2017 I had a very interesting conversation with Andre Romarigo Moura from Belgium. In our conversation the nice thing was that I learned something about Andre and his daily life in Belgium. Today the long distance between me and Andre was zeroed.

Today 23/02/2017 I spoke online with De Vis Vout from Belgium. We had that talk because we are partners in an eTwinning project. I have found the conversation really interesting and important because we spoke about our daily life, our hobbies, our favorite things and moments. Also, we had discussions about school. He finishes school later than me every day. But after that they have free time in the afternoon to do his homework and relax. Instead I have many tutorials to attend. I liked that fact that he plays piano and guitar because I like to hear good music. Last but not least I enjoyed the way we talked and I hope to speak again with him and others soon!

 

I spoke with Zoe. She is a very cute girl with a good behavior. She is 14 years old and she has one brother and her parents are together. Also, her favorite month is August and her favorite festivity is Christmas. This girl is very beautiful with pretty eyes. Also, in her free time she listens to music.

I met Nina! She is so cute girl! She is 14 years old. Her parents are divorced. In her free time she prefers to dance, sing. Her favorite month of the year is August because she has her birthday and is the summer, too, because the weather is warm. Her favorite festivity in her country is the festivals. She told me that last summer she met Rihanna and that was so cool!

 

I really enjoyed our time! We didn’t have good sign but I think we’re going to talk again. He is 17 years old as I am. He is playing basketball and seems really enjoying it. He is really open-minded I think and really cool with soft behavior. We talked about our generations and agreed in many things

Also, he told me that girls in my age here in Greece are really beautiful. Too funny and polite! Cool kid! All of them! I enjoyed that time!

 

On 23/02/2017 I had the chance to talk with Nick and Dilara, two students from Aalst (Belgium). It was a great experience because I learned about their educational system and generally their habits. Also, I discovered that we have same hobbies and we love sports. I remember that Nick likes videogames and Dilara loves dance. What is more, this video calling was so interesting because I learn about their favorite festivities and especially Halloween (or Carnival) where people dress up with costumes and enjoy themselves. I hope someday meet them and exchange our views about different issues.

 

I talked with Amaury. He seems to be a very good and kind boy. We had a great time talking. He is 15 years old and he has birthday on 10^th of July. He has a big family which is perfect. He lives in a big and beautiful town called Moorssel. Also, skateboarding is something that he loves. I think he cannot live without it! At his free time he is having fun with his friends going out and enjoy. His favorite month is May because of the end of spring. The weather is nicer, the flowers are beautiful. He likes Christmas because of the cold weather, the spirit of people and the snow. He is a little man and I really liked him and his behavior is perfect!

It was a great experience. We had technical problems but the conversation was really nice. It was a normal talking between peers. I felt comfortable talking with them. Finally besides the language and cultural obstacles it was an interesting and warn online meeting.

 

In the frames of eTwinning program I had the chance to talk with a student from a Belgium school in Aalst, called Daan. First of all, I am really impressed by the number of different languages that he can speak in spite of being only 16 years old. As I understand Daan must be a sportive person as his best subject is Physical Education and he also plays football in a team many years. During our discussion we also talked about the kind of music we hear and we generally exchanged our views on different issues. Overall, I found Daan a very interesting personality with a good sense of humor.

 

Maarten lives in a town in Belgium. He is 15 years old. His favorite month is March because his birthday is on this month. In free time he likes to play a video game ‘The call of duty’. He likes Christmas because he has the opportunity as its cold outside to sit inside having fun and relax. He also supports a Football team Club Brugge.

Rania is also 15 years old and she lives in the same town as Marteen. She spends the most of her free time with dancing. Her favorite month is August, the same as me. She also like Christmas, the same Maarten, for the same reason that they have plenty of time to relax, have fun and spend some time with her family.

Both guys seemed to me, to be a bit shy, but there wasn’t any problem as they are very kind.

 

Diana is 14 years old and she lives in a village of Belgium. She has one brother and two sisters. Her parents live in Russia. She travels there every year and spends her vacation. Diana’s favorite month is August because that time of the year she meets her parents. Her favorite celebration is Carnival which is in four days from today (23/02/2017) in Belgium. People in Belgium are warm and friendly and she found a lot of friends easily. In Belgium, there aren’t after school private lessons but someone can do that kind of lessons in school hours. When she was younger she wanted to be a doctor but becoming a doctor requires a lot of demands. The subjects are difficult to be passed and that changed her mind which is absolutely normal because that’s what every student will do in her position. Eventually she decided to study economics because it is easier to cope with the requirements. Economics has the Math lesson which is a lot difficult in every country of the world. In conclusion, Diana is a very good girl and she has an excellent English accent!
