However, I am completely lacking in the influencing domain. My top five strengths in order from strongest to least strong are: learner, harmony, input, achiever, and responsibility. Therefore when considering my group members, I chose to have people in my weaker areas to complement and incorporate all elements of the Strengths domains. In the influencing domain, I would chose Chelsea the Commander and Matthew the Maximizer. Chelsea would provide the propelling force behind completing the project within a deadline. Matthew would keep the team motivated and encouraged. From the Relationship domain, I would chose Daisy the Developer and Ivy the Individualization. Daisy would contribute with her strength by keeping the team motivated by focusing on the small accomplishments along the way. Because the individuals in the group are varied, I would want Ivy as a part of the team to help keep perspective between the team members and even with individuals to whom we present our final project. Finally, Davie would be chosen because of his insight for road-blocks in completing the project.
