Till this day Toa Payoh is the second oldest town behind Queenstown.Back then Toa payoh used to be the most gang and crime infested town and murders such as the 'Toa Payoh ritual murders' had occured there.Today, Toa Payoh has a population of 124,940 people as of 2015 and is still growing today.Toa Payoh today is a shopping district & a metropolis, shophouses are seen lined beside each other and malls have sprung up to bring the modern feelings but still having the culture of the Old Singapore.

2.We spilt into two groups so as to try to get as much interviews as possible and ask for advices from our teacher on how to approach the residents.

3.We encouraged each other to approach the citizens and not to be discouraged if we get rejected.

2.We met up again and discussed on better ways to do our questionnaires, and we went forward with new goals and plans.
