They are features of earth. So it's like unique things on a specific place.
Such as : bridges, great wall of China, and major airports are man-made but they are geographical features. 
But things such as restaurants, malls, and factory aren't geographical features. Because you can have malls, restaurants and things like that almost everywhere. But you can't have a mountain where ever you want.
Also lakes, oceans, mountains, forests are natural, but they are also geographical features too.

 Another kind is man made features , which are like bridges and moats and airports......
 The last one I know is like the Equator  or the prime meridian , which has a place but you can't really see it if you go to where it is, Even though it's there.
 I think that construction work are geographical features but things like WIFi which isn't a thing and it doesn't really have a pace that it stays. 
 Clouds should be a geographical feature even though they don't stay 1 place. They could be seen from space.(If you look closely enough.)

The natural world that"s around us could be one part of the geographical features and lake either.
I think even technology could by one of a little parts of the geographical features.
Also minerals like diamonds,emeralds ,or even gold and metal could be geographical features.
I think liquid will be a part of that soon. For example: orange juice,lava,fresh water,and also salty sea water don't forget the burning liquid that could burn you down
