What I find fascinating about humans is literally everything about us. It's a miracle that we are even here at all. What is all of this, even?

I am specifically interested in human behavior. Humans are paradoxically intelligent and belligerently stupid at the same time. We can find the most intricate solutions to complex problems but willingly throw our precious lives away on the smallest of whims. We are capable of incredible acts of kindness, compassion, empathy, and warmth, but we are capable of turning around in the next moment and commiting unspeakable acts of horror and evil.

What are the elements of the human condition that shape us into the type of species that we are? What are our needs, and what is our kryptonite? I believe that by exploring these types of questions, we'll better understand ourselves, what makes us human, and how to navigate our feelings and behaviors.
