Creation 🌈

Nursery enjoyed the beautiful weather to visit our forest school. We took the binoculars we had made, to look for things God created. 🌞

We saw trees, flowers, leaves, birds and a ladybird. 🌳🌻🌿🐦🐞

'God saw everything that he had made and it was very good.' Genesis ch1 v 31. 👍🏻

🌱 Year 4 Prayer & Liturgy – Stewardship 🙏

This morning, Year 4 came together for a thoughtful Prayer and Liturgy focused on stewardship — caring for the wonderful world God has entrusted to us. 🌍💚

The children reflected on how we can be good stewards through the choices we make every day, showing care and respect for our environment, our community and one another.

A beautiful reminder that even small acts of kindness and care can make a big difference. ✨

Baptism

clarestaines — 2026-09-28 14:37:45 UTC

Year 6 have been learning that Baptism gives Christians new life in Christ and calls them to live with faith, hope and love. Their artwork uses water and light to show this gift, and everyday acts of kindness to show how it can shape their choices.

🙏✨ Year 4 Prayer and Liturgy ✨🙏

This morning, Year 4 worked together to plan a special time of prayer and liturgy for their class. The children shared their ideas, listened to one another and thought carefully about how they could create a meaningful prayer experience for everyone. 💛

It was wonderful to see them working collaboratively and taking ownership of their class prayer time. 🌟

Year 6 joined parishioners at church for Deacon Leo’s Morning Prayer, followed by a peaceful period of Adoration and reflection together as a year group. A special opportunity to spend time in prayer, stillness and the presence of Christ.

🙏🌹 Year 4 Rosary Challenge 🌹🙏

This morning, Year 4 came together in prayer as part of our October Rosary Challenge. The children prayed the Rosary together, taking time to reflect on the Joyful Mysteries and the important moments in the life of Jesus and Mary.

It was a beautiful and peaceful start to the day, with the children showing reverence, focus and devotion as they joined together in prayer. 🕊️💙

Well done, Year 4, for embracing this special opportunity to grow in faith and prayer throughout October. 🌹🙏

Nursery class prayer tree 🙏🏻🌳

clarestaines — 2026-10-06 12:16:31 UTC

We started our RE lesson today with a quiet prayer talking to God. We then talked about what we could 'thank God' for in our prayers. We made a class prayer tree with some of our ideas.

Rosary prayer bag

clarestaines — 2026-10-07 21:30:28 UTC

Today our prayer focussed on the Rosary prayer bag. We learnt that Mary was chosen by God to be the Most Blessed Mother of Jesus. We learnt her special prayer The Hail Mary and listened to the hymn Gentle Woman. Ave Maria!

🌹🙏 Prayer and Liturgy: Celebrating Mary 🙏🌹

This morning, our Year 3 and Year 4 pupils did a wonderful job of leading our Prayer and Liturgy, focusing on Mary, the Mother of Jesus. 💙

The children guided us in a time of prayer and reflection, helping us to think about Mary's faith, love and trust in God, and how we can follow her example in our own lives.

We are so proud of our pupils for leading with confidence, reverence and thoughtfulness, bringing our school community together in faith. ✨🕊️
