         <description><![CDATA[<div>Contributing to group and class conversations actively- it's so easy to disengage online, so trying to actively trying to engage in conversations keeps the discussions going/productive.&nbsp;And sometimes we may not be able to participate in the moment for whatever reason (internet connection issues, etc), assume the best of each other, and communicate what's happening as best as we can.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Working smarter not harder, acknowledging we are all very busy&nbsp;<br>- Wait time, allowing others to speak before filling silence&nbsp;<br>- All our classrooms are different, so we are all bringing different perspectives&nbsp;<br>- Being aware of the limitations of zoom (e.g. laggy wifi, trouble seeing when another person is trying to speak, etc.)<br>- Being aware of the space we are taking, trying not to dominate the conversation<br>- Being aware of each others communication styles<br><br></div>]]></description>
