“Cleavenger really thought he was right”

This sums up the whole thing that I read because cleavenger has been really annoyingly pestering about him being right about everything. Weather that was him simply talking about the hospital, or with the minister, or with the squad leaders.

“Dunbar was working so hard at increasing his life span that Yossarian thought he was dead.” This quote puts life in perspective and provides to a side theme that this line portrayed which is that quality is better than quantity.

Theme is importance

“Milo stop… indispensable” (Heller 372)

I find this book to be very boring and it is a rough read. I personally find it to be boring tough to get through certain parts.

The theme of this novel is absurdity. A quote that shows this is “A little grease is what makes the world go round.” In other words this quote demonstrates the characters all trying to justify their actions throughout the Novel.

I think this book is pretty good but can definitely be boring at times. It could also be repetitive at times.

There is a theme of fear in the beginning of chapter 14. “Yossarian’s heart sank. Something was terribly wrong if everything was alright and they had no excuse to turn back.” This quote tries to show the fear of Yossarian in more detail. This is important because fear is an important theme in a book taking place during war.

I would recommend this book to someone if they are interested into WWII stories. However, if your a reader who wonders off while reading books, then this might not be for your because it does get boring and repetitive at times. Overall I do recommend it to others.

My final thoughts on the book were mixed reviews. I found that there was a little bit of too many storylines to follow however there was a great emphasis on humor. I also found the fact that there was no lack of action was able to make the book semi-enjoyable.

I thought this book was going to be interesting when I first started reading the book, but It got boring pretty quick. I feel that the book is too long and there is too much going on in the book that sometimes gets me distracted. Also, the book was very slow and didn’t keep me interested in the story.

I thought the book was going to interesting because of the military focus but it ended up being difficult to understand and over complicated. Slowly through the book a lost interest and began to dislike the book. I wouldn’t recommend this book to anybody

I found this book to be a really bad book. The read itself was tedious and confusing. I found myself struggling to relate to the story and the messages. Many often racist and outdated parts of the book and characters like the Texan very early in the book soured my opinions and it was never really salvaged from that low. Finally I found the ending unfulfilling and characters like Yossarian that I thought earlier could save the book for me stagnanted.
