It is actually very run down and old. This makes him not popular at school and a bully's target. The bully is Brandon Simmons and he gets Ghost into many altercations. If someone laughs looks at something he has or done he gets very sad and paranoid. If someone did the same to me I would just act like I couldn't hear them or didn't care. Some similarities are that we both love to play sports. When he realized it was a gun that went of to signal the start of the race I knew he would be relating that back to his dad. Also I knew that Brandon Simmons would be there because Ghost would always talk about how athletic he was. It was easy to see because in a lot of books then end up seeing the problem again that they have already overcome. One other part in the book that was predictable was when Coach didn't give ghost his uniform I knew it was going to be for shoplifting because he foreshadowed it early when he said that it would be impossible to get caught unless they walked by it. I think this book will change me because it shows me that I do like reading, I just need to find the right book.
