A quality standard for KED-teachers and -coaches is made based on the 4 student needs. This will be used to observe teachers and provide them with feedback. Next to the classroom visits done by the schoolmanagement, we are also going to invest in the training of instructional coaches. The past few years we invested in setting the framework on what school we want to be and we made all the relevant documents (feed-up). This year we did a lot of classroom visits, had several audits, talks with colleagues in a variety of settings and mapped together where we are now (feedback). The instructional coaching is our feedforward. They will help our colleagues to make small steps every week and thereby grow a little every day.

Focus: more attention for the internal storytelling. It's still to weakly. We organize everything in our school conform the KED-framework, but we don't tell the story behind it enough to our teachers, students en parents.

We will prioritize our external communication to parents in particular in the coming year. We will do this by means of a monthly newsletter and revitalizing our parent panel. It is important that we include parents in the real story and that we collect their stories earlier than during the registration days.

We will work on the 'ondergrens'/minimum of the team and the grey part of rules and discuss that. We want students to feel save and lessons to be predictable in some way.

We will work on executive functions, how we guide them on planning their schedules/workshops and we want our students, especially guys, to see the value of their personal coaching more. We want them to take ownership. Also we want to add more value to the basegroups in both horizontal and vertical way on building their skills. We don't want students to be 'lucky' with their coach, but in a yeargroup we all do the same.
