Financial management is important  in our daily life. It helps us to control our spending on different kind of things , example like stationary , foods and many others. If we are not able to manage our financial properly , we may used up large amount of money . We will not have extra money to deal with if there is an emergency happen. Not just that , financial management let us understand more about our spending limit and it will help us to know our budget. 

I practise my financial management by setting a budget at a limit of RM200 per month . Since I am a student , I wont be speding too much . 3 meals prepared at home so I do not have to eat outside at restaurants . I will reduce my expenses on things I want but use my money on things I need . As a student , stationary ,refrence book and exercise books are important in our study life . Usually my money are used on these as well as they are needed in studying at school . Since i am only a student, I practice my financial management by saving RM50 each month since my pocket money is RM250 per month, i also eat lesser to save more budget. When i buy stationary i only buy them with a reasonable price, i never buy things just because i wanted to show off to my friends. Furthermore, as a student buying exercise and refernce books are unavoidable so i choose them carefully to not get the wrong ones. Financial management is important in our daily life that is because it helps organisations in financial planning, assists organisations when having difficulties , provides economic stability and encourages people to save money, which helps them in personal financial planning.

I will practise it with controlling my daily money usage for not causing any bankrupt or lack of money.Besides that, I will also manage my money used in one day in a small notebook so that I can know how to use my money wisely. Financial management is important to us. Firstly, it is because we won't simply spend on things that are unnecessary.
