20 years: Immigrants and refugees will have less barriers when they come to this country including getting jobs, benefits, etc. 
50 years: America will become even more of a beautiful collage of individuals and cultures than it is today. It is more accepting and loving of everyone who comes to our country. No more racism, sexism, ableism, etc. 
What can I do now?
start working with and understanding the refugee and immigrant population and the barriers and difficulties they face.
