When Andgad Diryani was a kid he used to love building and making things. He used to work in his dads office to help him fix things. When he grew up he wanted to change something about the earth so he started making other machines out of waster. When he grew older and older he kept on getting ideas and business plan’s. Today he has a kit where you can make machines. He’s collaborated with many other people.  

He is very creative when he makes machines and different innovations. He created a 3D printer when he was 13 years old . And it was the cheapest 3D printer which  is affordable for most of the people .

 When he was in 10 or 1a grade he dropped out of school , but then he realised that he had to complete his studies because he felt like he was missing something. When she grew elder she wanted to quit her job and start her own entrepreneurship she talked to her boss but he convinced her that you need more experience. After 2 long years of waiting she quit her job and started working on Chumbak. She sold her house to invest more money even though she had not showed it to any store. 
Now, Chumbak is a very popular store globally and Shurbha with her team keep coming up with new ideas and ways to improve their products.

The Mumbai Dabbawalas, you are probably wondering who they are and what they did to become  entrepreneurs.The Mumbai dabbawalas is an association which delivers home cooked meals to workers or businessmen.This association consists of 5000 dababwalas who delivers home cooked meals to over 200,000 people a day.The structure of this entrepreneurship is first the governing body then the supervisors and the dabbawalas. Coco channel lived in a small town in France , her real name was Gabriel  channel. She went to a orphanage when her mother died and that’s were she learned about stitching and sewing clothes.

 When she saw everyone wearing the same thing she didn’t like it , so she started deigning her own clothes that were unique . First she started selling hats she made and then slowly people started buying it so then she started designing clothes and purses . Slowly everyone wore her design because they were different , comfortable and fashionable . She inspired others to be unique . 

She was open minded and and a risk taker to wear her own design clothing and she didn’t care what people thought about her designs . Mumbai dabbawalas system is one of the most efficient and accurate tiffin delivery system . It’s main goal is to deliver tiffins to the right place and on the right time . It helps office goers and college students get their food on time . This is a world famous system and organisation because of its unique and innovative way of delivering tiffins . The innovation used here is the colour scheme used by the dabbawalas . These colour  codes help the dabbawalas to deliver it to the right location and address . 


The dabbawalas system is really simple . They first pick the food in the morning and then deliver it by day and then get it back by night . The organisation consists of three levels . First is the governor . The governor handles the money, clothing and other higher matters . The team leaders coordinate with other team leaders to help in the delivery of tiffins . The dabbawalas deliver the tiffins and return them back . Dabbawalas are facing a lot of challenges in this lockdown.  .

1) they need to go back to the village and find a new job 
2) their  income will decrease
3)They have to take loans to keep their family in order
