I'm always asking coworkers what their sun signs are so I thought it'd be fun to see how the data would turn out. It's fun to see that most people who work there are Virgo's, although this does make sense, because I have read that the most populous sign is Virgo so this data only furthers that accuracy. It's also fun to see how the least sign employed from the data collected at Texas Roadhouse is Scorpio. 
I was surprised to see the standard deviation being so low. I assumed because of the difference between the highest and lowest that this would make that number slightly larger. Although I do understand that most of the signs had about 4 employees to them. It's also interesting to see the other higher up zodiac signs. Capricorn and Virgo's are seen as the most responsible of the signs, so maybe this is why they are both so high. And Leo's are charismatic so perhaps this is also why they are pretty high. Charismatic servers and employees most likely are what employers look for. 
Another thing I found interesting was looking at the line and pie graphs. On the line graph there is a significant spike in the middle. I also read that most babies are born in the summer months hence the spike. Statistically speaking this data coincides with what I have read about. The pie graph was also interesting to see because the slices all mostly look the same except the highest and lowest, or Virgo and Scorpio.
If I had more time it would interest me to do all 60 of the employees full birth charts and take the data from those. It'd be interesting to look at the signs for all 12 of each person's planets. It certainly would take longer to do so though.
