         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>In the spring of 2023, only 56 out of every 100 fourth-</strong></p><p><strong>Graders were doing math at the level they should be. In 2019, before the pandemic, it was 69 out </strong></p><p><strong>of 100. That's just one example from the report. Our proficiency dropped, so we need to pick it up. One way to pick it up is to have more learning time. One way to do this is to remove recess and use that time to learn.  </strong></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In my opinion, I think that the parents should start to check on there kids if they are doing homework because when confrences come kids arent doing hokmework and then the parents act shocked and are like my kid dosent do homework but i check on him and that's why parents should check on their kids if they are doing homework. And kids are also not focus because they are always either on their consale or on their phone, that's why kids arent focus.</p>]]></description>
