Since I have work schedule, I’ll spend time with my team in the morning and have opening prayer and quick sharing before the store opens. 
After work, I will spend time with my church of God Family, we will be having a virtual devotion and fellowship, this is a perfect timing  to reflect and repent. 

The Bible says, “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, [Jesus Christ], that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life” (John 3:16).

I went from learning how to juggle kernel of thoughts from ''di-man-OK-ngayon" into "pasasaan-ba-at-magiging-OK-din-naman-lahat".

There were down days, yes, calm days, yes, happy days, yes, at lahat na po ng klase ng days that I have experienced and went through. And there were days also where I found myself plagued with procastination and laziness and I felt and thought that I deserved to just snuggle up in bed the entire day. 😂 

On the other hand, I counted and treated the past semester as an opportunity to thank people, think things, reflect on some memories both bad and good and thank Big Man for His divine intervention.

Whilst our kind of job is stressful to different levels, I think it's a lot better than having no job at all. Iba pa rin 'yung stress na dala ng trabaho kumpara sa stress kasi wala kang trabaho. 😂

Life makes us feel a little down sometimes if not most of the time pero laban lang. Life is too short to mope about how everything isn't perfect. 💪 

Sa  totoo lang, we are exactly where we need to be. Minsan, kailangan lang talaga ng kaunting push (pa) sa sarili galing sa sarili nating sarili at minsan galing din sa ibang mga tao then we will be to able to get through life. Gano'n lang! ☺ 

Pahabol: I am more than thankful and more than blessed (sa Jollibee FCIE) to have Ma'am Ailyn as my former RM but forever nanay and Sir Jayson as my new mentor and Ma'am Liza as someone who also guides the team.

Sorry at maingay po ako masyado sa GC natin. Pakilagay na lang po ang name ko sa list of noisy people. 😂

The loss and the grief thats still lingering on my mind and my heart almost lead me to depression.  Pero alam nyo yung nakakatulong sa akin??? yung trabaho ko, yung pagmamahal ko sa trabaho. i can proudly say na kahit malungkot ako hindi ko iyon dinadala sa trabaho, hindi ko inihahalo ang personal na buhay sa trabaho ko... Madaming nagyari sa 1st sem na nakakasiya sa aming puso, especially its my 21st year with bee...Na kahit mahirap ,  maraming adjustment marami kaming natutunan at maraming naachieved. sana magtuloy tuloy pa. Salamat sa walang sawang pagtulong at paggabay ng aking RM S' Jayson , salamat sa lahat lahat hindi namin makakamit lahat ng ito kundi sa pagtutulungan namin. M'Liza salamat po sa tiwala at suporta. Well although i am sad, but still i am happy

Nakakamiss din talaga yung mga customer na bibili ng isang burger tapos 5 catsup ang hihingiin 😂😂😂 Charizzzz ! Nakakamiss maLuga everyday kasi kahit pandemic nadami na ulit ang mga customers . Marami akong namiss na mga updates, Ikaw kaya walang duty ng halos isang taon hahahaha. Nais kong magpasalamat kay Jollibee dahil hindi niya ko pinabayaan ng mga panahon na iyun. SALAMAT JOLLIBEE! Salamat din po sa mga kasama ko sa trabaho Team Serin at M Liza kasi kahit na d ako nakakapasok d niyo pa rin ako nakakalimutang kamustahin.

I would consider my 1st semester  full of lessons and blessings. 
There were good and not so good things happened. 
Nevertheless, our team never stop trying to achieve greater heights, we never forgot  to see good in everything, We don’t lose hope and we stand still. 

In particular, I learned a lot during team segregation and QM Audit from preparation to actual audit and I will continuously learning from all of my colleagues and customers from different walks of life. 
I will always believe that we can still make a difference, we can still do beyond what it expected from us. Everything happens for a reason. I knew all us are aware of the challenges we have been through in our store and I aso knew every single one of us tried so hard to deliver the best that we can be every day. And please know that all your hard work is contagious, it inspires me to do the same and be better. 

I’d like to express gratitude to Maam Liza, Maam Ailyn, Sir Jayson, Sir Jomar, Sir Paulo, Sir Aron, Sir Chad  and to the rest of JB FCIE team, who have been there to support me every step of the way from being an MT to a full pledge ARM 3, I will forever be grateful to all of you. Looking forward for the upcoming days to be more prosperous and fruitful as we continue to work together as one big happy family. 

To God be all the Glory, He is so great, He never fails, he will never runs out, he will give us everything that we need according to his glory.

having 2 consecutives transferring happened to me on this semester. Gladly to say, *I SURVIVED", and
continue to survive. It's my 6 years now giving my all best effort and commitment to our company with
life balancing as important factor for oneself to be passionate about towards our goals. As I continue my
service in my new store having new responsibilities and training position, I'm truly blessed to express my
gratitude to those people who believe in me and continuedly believing in my handwork. I know that,
everything has a purpose why things happen and why things don't happen as he the Lord knew what's
best for you. As Isaiah 60:22 "When the time is Right I, the Lord will make it Happen". And He was.
It's been 2 months now here in Jollibee Ayala Serin giving my habitual support as always for the team
and for the whole team of JB Ayala Serin. As a pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity, the optimist
sees opportunity in every difficulty and YES, I'm an optimist who sees there's no other way but UP and
there's No other way but GROW. All progress takes place outside the comfort zone. Proverbs 16:3-°Commit
