Wiesel's Night memoir have a significant amount of similarities between the violation of human rights. The story presents prisoners in concentration camps living in harsh conditions and getting denied basic needs. In particular, they did not have any rights while living in these camps. From World War II we have learned today that these related conditions of human not having the right of protection and safety has been occurring for the past few generations in many different countries.  People around the world suffer from not having essential components of a standard of living adequate for health and well-being.
