Those strategies not only focus on academic but also on students social emotional health.  
2. to address learning loss, focus on contents that are prerequisites for future learning, review scheme of work, review school schedule etc.
3. to address social and emotional health, we need a very comprehensive system of monitoring students well being. Counselling is one of the strategies.
