My soon-to-be one-year-old dog, Cai, is stuck in a mouth of insane madness (i.e. head) nonstop bright and clear he barks at invisible souls. I wonder what's going on in that head of his. He asks to go outside a hundred times a day (either on the back porch or on the front door lead.) We wrestle all the time even more now that he is getting bigger. When I wrestle with him, he pulls me down, and he starts licking me after I get up. He owes our family $5000 worth of stuff but we still love him. ~​Copeland Loeb ​

A Fight For Breath…

My cousin and I went to get nails done for the 4th. Later, we were scorching. Wanting to swim, we jogged over and jumped in. We were placidly lounging on floaties, BAM! My brother jumped in — I flew off, smacking my hand on the rough concrete. My nail popped off, I shuffled underwater to retrieve it. Oddly, I was laughing, my lungs inhaled a sharp triangle. Stifled. I briskly showed the choking symbol. They tried giving chlorine to push it down along with the Heimlich. But No! It flunderd down my throat. The gate. The door. Locked. Nowhere to go!

At least every month, my friends or family have a celebration party, the party is either about a birthday or a festival (i.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc). My mom always tells me at the last second about how I'm not hurrying to get ready when she is the one who doesn't even tell me about it. I always try to be on time though it's impossible when my mom takes so long doing her make-up. I love parties, especially Christmas. I love to feel the cold breeze of the snow while playing. I like to read a little at home and school a little bit. I like P: E, and I like sports. I like winter, Peruvian food, Halloween, Christmas, New Year's, Father's Day, and Mother's Day. I like many sports, like soccer, tennis, and golf, and I would like to try many more.  the most traditional foods of my country are papa a la huancaina, lomo saltado, pachamanca, aji de gallina, causa alimeña and many other foods.

In addition to Peruvian food, I like American food such as chicken wings, sandwiches, BBQ ribs, onion rings, poke bowls, and pizza.~ Luis Camayo Roque
