1) MacBeth will become thane of Cawdor
2) Banquo's children will become kings
3) They advise Macbeth to "beware Macduff"
4) Macbeth cannot be harmed by anyone "of woman born"
5) Macduff cannot be beaten until "Great birnam wood to high Dunsinane shall come"

They are also believed to be some of what pushes him to murder king Duncan by the predictions that they make in the beginning. Through the story you don't see them manipulating Macbeth as much as other characters like Lady MacBeth.
