Time. Example when we apply blended learning make sure that the time of learning is flexible and students can choose to continue outside of school day.

Place. By using the technology in teaching and learning the learning process some time is portable. Hence, teachers have to make sure that students can work from a classroom, home, or more.

High speed Wi-Fi throughout school. This is important that students can access all the teaching materials through internet.

b) What is the MOST important factor (in your opinion) that affects the successful integration of technology?
- The most important factor that affects the successful integration of technology is the committee or the stakeholder involved in the technology planning. This is because when all the stakeholder involved in the committee including students, teachers, parents, technology coordinator and so on, they will know what should have in their technology planning, what is their goal, what is students needs in their learning process to encourage them achieve and excellent in their academics. This is because the main client or focus is the students. Therefore the committee should know what the students need in their learning process especially for the technology.

1. Involvement of the stakeholders. Every of them should focus on their area to make the integration of the technology become successful and efficient.

 Technology planning is a major undertaking. Identify individuals who will commit to the process, who work well with others, are assertive and goal-oriented, and have good communications and management skills. Identify persons who have stake in the success of the district and those expected to implement the plan. Carefully identify persons within the district and in the community who will be sources of support during and after the initial planning process. Identify staff who have the power to accept or reject plan specifics, who have influence on public and fiscal acceptance and can garner the support of others. Then, from the pool of potential members, select the best team of individuals.
