Is someone who helps me with not only work related situations but also life situations. Moreoever they motivate me to do my best and not to give up. As statet before a mentor would most probably help me a lot in in the next 5-10 years, however I do believe that the best way to learn is experiencing things by yourself, and learning from your past mistakes. As everyone precieves the world differently, so my outlooks may be completely different form the outlook of my mentor. Some describe experiances as luxury, other materialistic things. In my eyes I think the experiances are more of a luxury asset than objects. I value thhem more because i will always remeber having a good time traveling with my friends, family... but will quickly forget about materialistic things that I bought.
