Better understanding for 6sigma theory and tools by last 4weeks training, combine with many interesting games proceeded. More understanding for JMP software to do DOE analysis seems much powerful than minitab. DMAIC flow is Very helpful for us to solve real problems in daily work.

very useful and very important, but also challenging for me. Anova let me know how to process data and find abnormal points, to find significances or not between X variables and response. DOE looks complex and difficult, need cost more time to learn. We need to master the screening factors, FFD, and RSM or new experiments.

Before Green six sigma training，I just know little about it and know it is very useful for work. So I am here for this training. After training，I learned DMIC method to process the sigma project and learned a lot of sigma tooling like DOE. Minicab JMP. this training is real a good one.
