Technology makes our lives easier of course as it helps us communicate with people all over the world and find whatever information we need. But beside all the benefits, there are a number of hackers and any kind of criminals such as pedophiles using the technology to harm others. So, it is our duty to learn how to use technology safely to protect ourselves and others from these kind of dangers. <3

Hello everyone!
I agree with basically all the stuff that’s already been written. Personally I think back at the times where I had basically unsupervised access to the internet- If i hadn’t been educated; things, aka embarrassing snapchat selfies with that dog filter, would’ve been my legacy. There are things a child can’t comprehend and one of those things is the concept that stuff stays there forever. Hell, it still happens, so many children don’t have private social accounts and that makes them vulnerable to all sorts of dangers, not only embarrassment in the future.

I also think that it’s important these days to find a way how to use the internet properly. The internet helps us in many ways and it will in the future. It will accompany us in most phases of our lives so I’m really excited about working about this project with y‘all!

Im very excited to be part of this project and I think we will all learn a lot.
If I think about my digital footprint I get a bit scared the internet is a scary place, because if you search long enough you can find anything.
It's like going down a long tunnel that leads to a completely different world

I’m looking forward to learn a lot of things about our digital footprint since we are the newer generation who uses the Internet on the daily without knowing what‘s happening behind “our backs“.

That‘s why I think it‘s an important subject so we know how to use the internet safely since there‘s people outside who even change our face into something inappropriate or much more so let‘s learn about our safety and properly use of the internet together!
