The feel of the surface, is actually more so bumpy than rough. This is most likely due to the paint. You can kind of see this in the picture. I wanted to add something with a lively colour to it. This made me add this to the list. To the touch it’s not that rough but also not that smooth. It’s kind of on the middle but more on the smooth side. This has to do with it being ceramic. It looks rather rough. However, this surface is actually smooth and this has to do with the varnishing of the table. I just had to add it to the list. To the touch it’s got a furry feel to it. All around, no matter where you feel. You’re able to feel the “seed” of this item which has a rather smooth feel to it. It reminded me of this first image but was also different. When you touch it, you can immediately feel it’s a wooden surface, so it has different gradients and you move along. The texture is can of smooth yet has a subtle roughness. The skin tone really stands out in this picture. It really shows use how the mother can be seen as one with the child. Bring about that feeling of nostalgia. The background again, makes the figures in the middle really pop.
