In an assignment based around discovering places in the world that famous authors lived or based their works around, students can discover these places and research them with the click of a mouse.

I have found that the "Culture" section of Voyager gives insight into a lot of cultures around the world, especially topics that are prevalent today. Voyager could be used in the same lesson on African literature, taking a look specifically at African culture.

Like my example below shows, students are given the opportunity to watch videos---specifically, ones that match the material in class---and answer questions along the way. This feedback is available to the teacher and is a way to get a feel for topics that should be covered in more detail and topics that the class is comfortable with.
