4. Bilek (Family Apartment)
  • Married men and women folks sleep here.
  • It is the place where the family's heirlooms and properties are kept.
  • Use as a cooking area and for the family to have their meals.

5. Sadau (Loft)
  • Mainly used for storing farm implements.
  • It was used as a sleeping place for the family's young unmarried women.
  • Some longhouses kept the tradition passed down the enemy's head in this area.
