Ageism- prejudice or discrimination based on physical age; similar to racism and sexism in its negative stereotypes.
My attitudes towards elderly are great. I treat them how I would want to be treated and how I would want someone to treat my grandparents. Growing up in the Caribbean they would say "once a man twice a child" so you just never what they are going through.Ageing is inevitable and we have no control when it comes to getting old, you just have to take it as it comes and embrace life to the fullest be happy and trust God. I practice ageism I am very considerate when it comes to them. I know they can be forgetful and sometimes demanding and that is OK.
