Yudiartini/25

The story narrative that I have ever read is Snow White. Once upon a time, there lived a beautiful princess named Snow White. Her stepmother, the evil Queen, was very jealous of Snow White's beauty. One day, the Queen ordered the huntsman to take Snow White to the forest and kill her. However, the huntsman could not bear it and let Snow White escape. Snow White got lost in the forest and found a small house inhabited by seven dwarfs. The dwarfs welcomed her well and they lived happily together. However, the evil Queen found out that Snow White was still alive. She disguised herself as an old woman and gave Snow White a poisoned apple. Snow White ate the apple and fell asleep like a dead person. The dwarfs were very sad and made a glass coffin for Snow White. One day, a handsome prince came and saw Snow White. He was very fascinated by her beauty and kissed her. Miraculously, Snow White woke up from her long sleep. The two of them then lived happily ever after.

The moral value of this story that Goodness will always win, Don’t trust strangers easily,Envy brings destruction

A narrative story that I've read is Cinderella.

The story of Cinderella tells of a kindhearted young woman who was treated cruelly by her stepmother and sisters, but, never the less, kept a humble attitude.

One day, the king decided to throw a ball and invited all the young maidens in the kingdom. While Cinderella's sisters made her help them get ready for the ball, not once did they ask her if she would like to go with them.

When they left, her Fairy Godmother appeared and helped Cinderella go to the ball with a bit of magic that would only last until midnight. At the ball, Cinderella caught the eye of the prince, as she was the most beautiful girl there, and they danced all night.

When midnight came, Cinderella had to leave the ball, and in her hurry, one of her glass slippers fell off her feet. The prince found this slipper and vowed to marry the girl who the slipper belonged to.

The prince went from house to house, looking for the girl who's foot fit the slipper, and he reached Cinderella's house. Though Cinderella's stepsisters and stepmother tried to keep her from trying it on, the glass slipper was a perfect fit, and she was soon married to the prince and lived happily ever after. This is a wonderful story that captures how keeping a humble attitude will reap its rewards.

Derick/35

This story teaches us that true friendship is not based on material possessions or personal gain but on sincerity and kindness. The old gnome shows that the greatest gift one can give is not something of material value but rather the thoughtfulness and meaning behind it.

Additionally, the story reminds us to cherish our relationships with those around us. Sometimes, we become so absorbed in our own lives that we forget how much our presence and attention can mean to others.

The moral lesson of this story is that friendship grows from trust, kindness, and sincerity. When we give with a genuine heart, we not only bring happiness to others but also enrich our own lives.

Bawang Merah was a lazy, greedy girl who was spoiled by her mother, while Bawang Putih was obedient, diligent, and did all the chores without complaint.

One day, Bawang Putih lost Bawang Merah's scarf in the river while washing it. An old woman found the scarf and offered to return it if Bawang Putih would cook and clean for her. Bawang Putih agreed, and the old woman turned out to be a fairy godmother. She gave Bawang Putih a magical pumpkin that was filled with gold and riches.

Out of jealousy, Bawang Merah wanted the same fortune for herself. She purposely dropped her scarf into the river, hoping to meet the old woman. When she did encounter the old woman, she demanded a bigger reward and refused to help with the chores. The entire kingdom rejoiced in her birth, and many fairies came to bless her with magical gifts.

However, an evil fairy named Maleficent arrived uninvited. Feeling insulted, she cast a terrible curse upon Aurora. “On her 16th birthday, as the sun sets, she will prick her finger on a spinning wheel and fall into an eternal sleep,” Maleficent declared before vanishing. The entire kingdom was filled with fear and sadness.

Fortunately, the last fairy, who had not yet given her gift, softened the curse. “Aurora will not die, but she will sleep until a brave and handsome prince kisses her with true love,” the fairy proclaimed.

Years passed, and Aurora grew into a stunning young woman. On her 16th birthday, Maleficent appeared in Aurora’s room, transforming into a mysterious light that guided her to a hidden chamber. Driven by curiosity, Aurora followed the light and discovered a spinning wheel. She reached out, touched the spindle, and immediately collapsed to the floor, as if lifeless. As the fairy had foretold, not only Aurora but also everyone in the castle fell into a deep sleep.

Many years later, a courageous prince named Phillip rode to the castle. He had met Aurora before and was determined to save her. However, before he could reach the castle, Maleficent appeared and transformed into a fearsome dragon. With the help of the good fairies, Phillip bravely fought and thrust his sword into Maleficent, defeating her once and for all.

At last, Phillip entered the castle and saw everyone, including the King and Queen, in a deep slumber.

Ayu Permata (26)

Narrative story that i have read is Kikir. One day there was a miser who sold all that he had to buy a lump of gold. After buying the gold, he buried it in a hole in the ground by the side of an old wall and went to look at daily. One of his workmen realized his frequent visits to the spot and decided to watch his movements secretly.

He soon discovered the secret of the hidden treasure and stole it. The next day the miser found the hole empty and began to tear his hair and to make loud lamentations. A neighbor, seeing him overcome with grief and learning the cause, said, "Pray do not grieve so."

"Then take a stone, and place it in the hole, and fancy that the gold is still lying there. It will do you quite the same service; because when you placed the gold there, you had it not, as you did not make the slightest use of it." The moral of the story is the worth of material wealth comes from what you do with it. If you do nothing with it, it doesn’t mean anything.
