Then, our lives became upside down and our mental status have been worse and worse day by day. 

Discussing how to improve mental health, someone suggested listen to music could be a good way to relieve stress last year.  I downloaded SPOTIFY APP in April 2020, and my life have improved since then. 

Firstly, I like the variety in SPOTIFY. For example, listening to calm music helps me sleep at night. Sometimes, If I need more energy, I will put heavy rock and gets me more energetic. When I feel like going outside after a long day at work, I put dancing music and I feel better.   It’s so convenient. In other words, my current life and job became easier and lighter. 

On the other hand, the problem with spotify is the amount of battery that it spends and sometimes you can’t hear who is talking with you. In addition, Peter, the doctor who works with me, told us that loud music can hurt our inner ear. 

In conclusion, I think the positive parts of SPOTIFY outweigh the negatives. As a result, I will survive beyond the pandemic!!!

I think the Instagram it’s the best app for work. Firstly, it’s one of the most popular media among our population and it’s easy to use. For example, if you want to share some information about your work, you could only post a photo in few seconds. In addition, the Instagram it’s a free application, thus you can achieve your clients without pay for that. In other words, this social media allows you to be found by your audience. On the other hand, to grow up in Instagram you will need be patient and the results depends on your dedication. However, you don’t need to use only Instagram to Cath up clients, its possible associate different medias and jobs in internet. As a result, nowadays anyone can spread their work with the world through the internet, only using  the smartphone.
