Recall an incident in your life that you have experience an injury in sports, and how did you manage and recover from that injury, pls narrate.

I do not recall any injuries i have had while playing sports, but i have experienced some incidents while playing. There was a time when i was playing Volleyball with my cousin. While we were playing, the ball hit my face. Luckily, i wasn't injured. We stopped paying immediately and i took a rest.

I experienced one while playing with my dad. I was playing Basketball with my dad, while he was playing he threw the ball attempting to shoot into the hoop. It didn't go in but it hit my face. I took a rest and my dad made sure I was okay. I managed to recover after a while, and I started playing again.

I do not have any sports injuries or so, but i do recall an incident when i was playing badminton, when my friend hit the shuttle far, and i ran to get it but i accidentally slipped in mud and banged my head in cement, I just put ice on my head so it wont get swollen, from that point on i started to be more careful.

One time I was playing badminton with my next door friend. He told me that you must run for the shuttlecock because thats what you would do in a real game and so I did. He served the shuttlecock to me and I ran for it but I slipped and fell in cement with rough rocks. I looked down on my knee and foot and it got bruised and was bleeding. I said to my friend that I would go back to my house so I could treat it. I washed it in clean water with soap and then covered it with bandage.
