Some people say if the dress is important in the organization because other people will judge the staff from the they appearance. If the employee use a clean clothes so the people will assume the organization have a good worker. Employee will seen interesting if they have a good appearance. So, is not surprizing if other people give the opinion.

Whereas, other people say if the appearance is not importance. Some people also take importance of the quality work than what are you wearing. Appearance is not guarantee that the organization have a good job. It’s useless if staff wearing a good dress but they haven’t a good quality of the work.

In my opinion, If the staff have a good appearance will explain that the organization have concern about the dress of the employees. On the other hand, quality of the work also important because the result product of the organization will consume by other people. So, i think the appearance and quality of the work both are importance.

Some office say that their staff should dress well, so they are look smartly. Dress well make people look neat and classy. Especially if they smells good. People will assume good and interested for you. Dressing well make the vibes in the office is look fresh.

But, some office say quality of work more important than dress well. Dress is not very important at work. Clothing doesn't effect the way they work. Some company don't need people cannot work, so dress well not important when they work, important we can work.

personally, i think dress well is very important where we are. because if we using dress well it is the same we respect ourself. Even we have to spend money to buy dress. Others will also happy when they see us dress nealty in the office. So, i think we must dress well where we are.

On one hand, alot of company required their workers to have a good appearance, and i can understand their reasons. If we meet someone or client for the first time, i believe all of us will judge the person that we met for the first time by the way how they dress. Just like in the world of work, our client will judge us by our appearance, often occur a good appearance can boost your confidence level, and a good confidence can indirectly conveys out seriousness in discussing something about the company.

On the other hand, alot of people may argue that quality of our performance are more important than our appearance. A workers excellent performance at work can be decisive and differentiator from other workers.

Personally, i think this question depends on where you work, because your work place determine how should you dress nicely. However, our appearance and quality of our work are the essentials component to be a good workers

Some people say that dressing well important, because what other people see first is appearence. Appearence make to someone more interesting and smartly. Dressing well can make someone more beautiful or handsome. Besides that someone will look neat and polite. With using dress well means he respect himself and other.

However, there are other people who say dress well don’t important than quality of work. There are people who don’t dressing well but quality of life is very good. Good quality of work will make benefits for company.

Personally, i think dress well more important because with dress well will make someone is more appereciated. However, will be better if a person using dress well and have a quality of work.

Dress smartly so important. Because for show people very neat and classy. Some people diligent can see from they dressed.

Some people like wear dress smartly in come to company.

Quality of work also noticed when registered in job. Because some people usually will see skills in work. Some company chose skills in working compare dress smartly. 

I think the question quality of work above appearance so important for future. Usually the organisation choose quality of work compare the dress. Because quality of work  can make we defense in the office.

Dressing well is a way to showing up our personality. If you have to work on public areas, dress well will be your obligations due to professionality appearance. So, customers will be comfortable. But, dressing well isn't a one way to make our customers feel comfortable when they have interaction with us.

However, working time is the time that we have to focus on our duties and managing time for our duties to be finished on time. So, we have to be a smart employees and having a quality of work. Have a good quality of work is more important to show our professional capability.

According to those view, i agree with both because in my opinion dressing well is such a must to show our professionality appearance but we also have to be a good quality workers to show our professionalism and our self capabilities.

Some organizations require their workers to wear formal attire or dress neatly for the reason of giving a good impression to others who see them. moreover  if workers wear dress well it will add a serious impression when working and feel serious about working. This can increase concentration at work.

But many companies consider that the quality of work is more important than the clothes worn by their workers. If workers feel comfortable with their work, they will concentrate on their work. Moreover, it will make workers feel satisfied working in an organization and will make work efficiency.

In my opinion, dress smartly is something that must be implemented in an organization. Dress smartly will make workers concentrate so that workers will improve their quality of work.
