Having had the opportunity to work with world language teachers has helped me develop a “global” perspective of what good (and not so good) teaching and learning looks like in the world language classroom. I am able to utilize the best practices I know and the ones I have discovered while working with teachers to continue supporting the incoming language teachers to enhance and improve their practice.
