The class chooses the voted recipe/textile project as the class assessment task.<br><br>* Group collaborative food sensory analysis. <br>Create a classroom wiki with separate pages for each different food group. It allows the students to have more control and direction as a large group and classroom. <br><br>I like how it allows the classroom to break the ceiling and gives all students a voice.<br><br>The teacher becomes the facilitator.<br><br>Enables students to use higher-order thinking  such as Blooms Taxonomy -Analyse and create.<br><br>SAMR- students transform from teacher-centred classroom discussions to student-led interactive classroom discussions accessible anytime, anywhere, unlimited in time and thought processes. It enables higher-order thinking and problem solving, promotes democracy and builds trust amongst the group.<br><br>As <a href="https://er.educause.edu/articles/2010/9/wikify-your-course-designing-and-implementing-a-wiki-for-your-learning-environment">Susan Kinzie</a> observed, "Wikis can encourage creativity, remove the limits on class time, give professors a better sense of student understanding and interest, and keep students writing, thinking, and  questioning."<sup>15</sup> </div>]]></description>

This eliminates student fear as they can feel comfortable and share and not feel alone in their ideas. <br><br><strong><mark>It also allows all students to have a voice that breaks the classroom boundaries.</mark></strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Substitution<br></strong>Students research recipes online as opposed to recipe books<strong><br><br>Augmentation<br></strong>Students can now transfer the recipe into a Work Plan with improved grammar, spelling and use online calculators for measurement conversions<strong><br><br>Modification<br></strong>Teacher creates a wiki for students to share their recommended recipe s as the design solution. Students interact collaborativly to assess pros and cons. Students vote on a design solution using a survey.<strong><br><br>Redefinition<br></strong>Students create the design solution eg sustainable recipe, video record the method, create an audio sensory analysis and comparison chart between the fast food burger and the healthy recipe. <br>They use an online survey  for a target audience to collect data and opinions. <br>Collate data in a spreadsheet. <br>Connect locally with Burger businesses and globally with celebrity chefs such as Jamie Oliver to share their findings and receive feedback on their design solution.</div>]]></description>
