Where all best teachers come from,the institution of education here in Singapore began in 1950 as a teachers’ training college.NIE is very well known locally and internationally as well. It is ranked 2nd in Asia and 12th in the world based on the subjects of education,on 2015.The campus is also designed to be natural and conducive for the future teachers of Singapore .NIE provides specialised programmes such as the Leaders in education programme also known as LEP which grabbed attention internationally to help provide  the best for students to improve themselves efficiently.
