Rindo isn't a very social person, not rude, but not open. While he has to "play the game" he suffers (a lot), sees people get erased (forever) and learns that a world without friends isn't a world worth living in. This series of movies/books called percy Jackson describes really well the pattern of the hero’s journey, percy was just a normal guy that went to school and wasn’t that good at it, it was until one day his teacher became a demon, and his best friend was actually a goat with a Job of protecting him. The journey of percy is really intense because he suddenly discovers that he’s a semi-god and that every Greek myth is true. He has to go look for Zeus lighting and goes through real hell to get it. With many obstacles and help from an old horse-man and his friends.
