INSTRUCTIONS: 
Take ine cup of milk and warm it in the microwave for 1 minute. Then, add 4 tablespoons of vinegar.
Fairly shortly after combining, the mixture should begin to form lumps. Stir for one minute, and then strain teh mixture very well. Then, pat dry and make shapes!
