Mr. Smith has been an exceptional counselor during my time at CCHS. Despite my reluctance to reach out, even during my freshman and sophomore years he constantly checked up on me and made sure I was doing okay. He is a great counselor and an even better person and I have been so lucky to have him as mine. Thank you Mr. Smith. You saved my life at one point and constantly encourage me to do my best, follow my passions, and be better than the day before.

The counseling office at CCHS is so special. I've been so lucky to have Mr. Smith as my counselor for three years and he's been so helpful and reassuring as I've navigated a challenging schedule and college application season. We are so lucky to have such caring and hardworking counselors at CCMS. They have made such a difference for students while we are in Distance Learning. Students are supported through weekly POD sessions, hang-outs, virtual clubs and fun activities posted on the Grade Level Classrooms. Our counselors help all of these experiences come alive.

Bourget- holding it DOWN for our students learning other languages and having the most soothing voice ever
Lenke- hustling every day, every night to support our first gen kids going to college-
SHLOMO- newest to the team, and so mighty! You're taking care of so many kids who really need it right now
Gyepes- a voice of reason if there ever was one, your expertise in the field is so, so valued
Smith- just making things happen to kids left and right- making sure every kid who comes into your office is SEEN and cared for
and let's not forget our behind the scenes heroes- Spencer and Maldonado- supporting kids in off hours, on breaks, and in the toughest of circumstances.
You all make this school such a happier, more welcoming, more wholesome place <3
