The text doesn't provide: 
a. The benefits of social work. The text would be better if the writer explained the benefits of social work, then the writer should write another argument on why the benefits is not that worth it. 
b. The text doesn't provide an argument that is worth the waste of time of the social work that could be better for experience. The text only provides the activites that the students can do, maybe for studying or do other good activities for several hours that can be used for social work. I think that the comparison isn't fair. It's only several hours of school activity that could be converted to other school activites for experience and more, which means it should be better. 
c. The text doesn't provide a solid argument on the reason why the quality of the school can be dropped, because only a little time should not effect students grading if the school can manage it properly. 

Some points need to be revised/improved: 
a. The wasting time for doing social work part is not that solid, because the social work's schedule can be manage more properly by school. I think every school knows that social work should be a program that won't effect the students studies.
b.The quality of the school can be dropped part should use a greater argument, because a little time should not effect students grading if the school can manage it properly. I think the writer must add a school managing factor, so thus the text will be better.
c. The argument that a little time can effect students grading should use a better reason because if only a little time that can be managed by the school properly it should not have a big effect on students grading and schools rating.

a. The text is supported with good arguments. The arguments are quite solid. 
b. The arguments are elaborated logicaly. 
c. The arguments used not just one prespective, but a few prespectives from the writer, and the writer's surroundings.
