Mom has no known diseases. She has a history of skin cancer but it was removed. 
She does have low iron and takes iron supplements to compensate for it.

He takes maintenance drugs to keep all of these drugs at bay to keep from getting an exacerbation.

Born and raised in Madison, SD. Work in the medical field and am very aware of risk factors I face with being exposed to so many different diseases. I also lived with two smokers at one time and used to smoke myself back in the day. My father and sister both smoke and I am more likely to get cancer due to the smoking. My mother had skin cancer due to the sun and sunspots and I enjoy being in the sun just as much as her!

Prevention 
I try my best to stay away from the smoke when they smoke and try my best to get them to stop. I work out and eat as healthy as I can. I currently don't take birth control pills and that makes me less susceptible to getting breast cancer.
