Every room is different. Hard to know what is being picked up and what isn’t.

Tech needs vary based on type of session and multi-use rooms make tailoring the technology very difficult

Check in by facilitator at the start to check volume is essential - but challenging when they don’t get a response other than thumbs up from remote sites

Hard to have an organic conversation while keeping everyone on microphone

What is optimum to one person isn’t to another - how do we find a common ground?

We need wireless microphones for every table when small groups are being used in spaces like the Alumni Center

We haven’t established or communicated appropriate ground rules for MCW distance communication to get everyone on the same page. That needs to be done. 

We might need to do another needs assessment to see what people want and need with our distance communication (what do you want/need to see?
