    good work! I think that as you get more familiar with this site you will be able to utilize the color-coding and the connection explanations more and more. I would encourage making your boxes different colors for different categories :) and create categories that are not the nursing process but care concepts. I added some connections and the explanations :) You can also stretch your boxes out and fill more space on this site :) Great work overall!
