很多老师问我如何提升学生的学习动机，尤其是中学生，他们脱离了小学生活，开始建立独立的个体。将不好的学习状态归罪于青春期的叛逆，故意摆脱父母和师长的反击，似乎以偏概全了。

我一直也在找答案，好奇究竟是老师自己教学备课不够好的责任，还是学生本身对语言或某个科目没有兴趣是主因。

那么老师可以扮演什么角色？我们可以怎么做才能让学生愿意好好学习？
