Excessive class hours will only make students burn out and lose interest in going to school. Learning is essential for a better future. Next is to put less pressure on students and would instead focus on actually learning the subject matter. Then, adapting to new technologies but being aware of how old technologies work so students can be flexible when learning or doing tasks. Private sectors and government should also support teachers by compensating them well and giving them enough time to teach their lessons so that everybody can catch up. Fast-paced learning is not for everyone. Also, educators must prepare students for the real world by teaching them things that might come in handy someday. Lastly, educators must have a passion for teaching and the heart for helping students learn, especially those who have difficulties catching up. The government and schools should create a better learning environment by making students feel like they can ask questions anytime without having to feel like they will be scolded for not knowing. Learning must be fun, and it should not be a burden to students. In that way, they will be more excited about learning every day.

Studying straight for a long period of time is quite exhausting and draining for the students. In this case, students won’t be able to function well due to stress and as a result, they’ll easily forget what they’ve learned in class. In my opinion, it’s not necessary to spend the whole day studying since it may cause negative impact to their mental health. We should remember that rest is also important and every student deserves it as long as they’re learning.

My next and last suggestion will be, every educator should be considerate to their students especially in giving deadlines to homework and requirements. Students are  also human beings who have life outside school. They shouldn’t be making homework 24/7 just because some educators are not giving enough time for them to do it. Besides, students don’t have one subject alone. I believe that, if students were given ample time to make school works, then they’ll be able to submit better output and will come up with a better result. These are only suggestions which I think will help our educational system to improve. If these will be applied, I guess there will be no complaints coming from the students.

2. Cooperation and not competition. Philippine Education must include the cooperation between students because in their respective working field, everybody is expected to work together in order to achieve results or people helping each other out to achieve a common goal. 
3. Education should be the instrument to balance out inequality between individuals. 
4. Providing psychological counseling between students every 2 months. Mental health is one of the most important things to consider in a student
5. Less homework, and more on hands on activities. This will provide a more relaxed atmosphere in both teachers and students. Teachers are people too and need to be functional so they can operate at the best of their abilities.
6. Ease accessibility of students in health care.

3. Teachers must be approachable and kind to students. Students learn better when they know they can easily ask questions and clarify what's bothering them.
4. Give students a break and allow them to refresh their minds instead of pressuring them to do many tasks that does not integrate learning anymore.
5. Next is to treat students as human beings because sometimes too much assignment does not mean they are learning. Instead give then fun activities that allows them to learn and they can apply in real-life.
6. Lastly, to use technologies that best connect with students but also teaching them how to be efficient without the use of new technologies.

These instructors need sufficient incentives and compensations in order for them to be motivated in delivering their daily lessons. They put greater effort than anyone else and they are worthy to be highly compensated. Through this way, we can repay for the good works that they have done. 

Next, offering free college education may also help to enhance our educational system. We are aware of the capabilities of our fellowmen and not everyone can really afford to pay for their studies. By giving this opportunity, we’ll be able to help those who are eager to learn and determined to reach their dreams. Receiving a high-quality of education will not only benefit the student but as well as the entire country.
