Dear Sir/Madam,

By the following letter of complaint, I would like to express my dissatisfaction about the service and food at the pizzeria Charlie Pizza. 

The first complaint is that the staff weren‘t properly trained and polite. We were welcomed with rude glances. The waiter didn‘t turn up at our table, so we had to get the menu ourselves. To make things worse, the food was off-putting and made out of low quality ingredients. In the fish burger we found some pieces of paper , that clearly wasn‘t supposed to be in. The dish was served already cold and greasy as well. Finally, the salad was completely bland and the ingredients mentioned on the meniu were far from true. 

I hope this matter can be resolved and no costumers will have to deal with these kind of failures in future.

I would like to write a complaint concernimg the service in the  restaurant “Sweet Taste” which I visited yesterday.

I’m sorry to have to inform you that when I ordered a strawberry milkshake I discovered that it tasted disgusting besause the milk itself hade gone off.

When I asked the waitress to change my drink she ignored my order. As soon as I got my bill I was shocked to find that the bill included two strawberry milkshakes instead of one.

I hope that you will deal with this matter promptly.

I am writing to you to complain about a meal I had at your restaurant on the 25th of July. I am concerned about a number of issues during this meal.

Firstly, your waiters and waitresses apparently ignored us. We had a bad time waiting so long for the menu and the bill to come.

Secondly, the prices of your dishes on our bill were much higher than on the menu. The trout with rice was only 12eur, whereas your staff  charged us 18eur.

Worst of all, I found a cockroach in one of the dishes. It was extremely disgusting. I couldn’t eat.

I hope that you will seriously consider our complaint and give us a reasonable explanation. In addition, you must exterminate all the cockroaches.

I am writing in order to complain about an unacceptable treatment and a low quality of food I received while having dinner at Tango pizza on November 5th.

First of all, as we entered the restaurant, we were not  served properly. The waiter was too inconsiderate and distracted, as he was the only one who serviced the clients. Moreover, the manager of the restaurant appeared to be despicable and rude, since he did not bother even pretending to care about my complaints.

When it comes to the meal, I can confidently state that it was off-putting.  Firstly, the soup I ordered was served already cold and greasy, even though it was not supposed to. Secondly, the fresh bread mentioned on the menu was far from fresh. It was stale and tough. 

I hope that you will consider my complaint and deal with these problems.

I would like to complain about unacceptable treatment that I received in your restaurant “PandaNekanda” in Kaunas Downtown.  I was there last Friday when I was having dinner with my friend.

First of all, we had to wait for nearly half an hour to be served and when I asked how long it will take the waitress apologized because of so much work. What is more, after a long wait, we were told  there was no fish left. In fact, only two out if the six were available.

Also, I would like to point out the service, because the waiter spilled the sauce over my friend’s dish even though we had asked him not to do that.

I hope that in future you will take better care of your customers.
