It could be that you start with that, and then back into, what do you observe? What do you think is going on?  Then ask what else do you want to know or ask? have some comments from people in the community to offer up their perspectives (from people with different neighborhoods, different pscyhographics ...er. hipster, senior citizen, executive, carless family.
